Founded in 2014, CM first went online on March 14, 2014, operating as a blog (but designed like a Christian News website), showcasing selected Christian News from Christian News Networks from around the world (News Channels) to Christians.

The story of Christian Mail starts from the days of sending out daily Christian quotes and nuggets to brighten the day for Christians, when it was noticed that the news media industry was sending out negative messages and images that were unedifying for the sons of God. The founder decided to give out his little contribution to neutralise the negative import of secular media. Started out with sending Christian Quotes to any Christian who has given or sent him an email. He then put together these emails and send out edifying quotes to everyone on the mailing list. After a few years, God gave him an idea to use his facebook page status as a medium to get to all his friends and equally friends of friends. Facebook then became a powerful tool for this vision.
In 2013, another idea came from God to create a blog, and use the blog as another tool to communicate his messages, and from just a blog, he created a blog that looks more appealing like a news portal.
